The Krystal Lee Collection are semi-custom designs that are not shy of colors and patterns. All designs are digitally created and universal. If you love a design that is in the bridal shower collection, but would like to use it for a baby shower event, it can be done.
Free customization of these designs include: changing the text, font, font colors, and choosing the style and color of your envelope. No part of the design can be changed. Three rounds of revisions are provided to perfect the customization.
All invitations are flat printed as a 5"x 7" on your choice of the following papers:

For an additional fee, you may upgrade the paper to the following:

If you are needing additional rounds of revisions, design changes, and/or a different size of stationery, there will be an additional fee.
The Order Process
Complete the Inquiry Form. You will receive a follow-up email within 1-2 business days. We will schedule a consultation, which can be booked in-person if you are within 15 miles of Bellingham, MA, or if outside of the radius, we will meet via Google Meet. Before our meeting, you will be sent an initial questionnaire which will assist me with our consultation.
Here is where I can learn about you the client, the details of your event, what your stationery needs and expectations are, and what your budget is. A proposal based on the information provided in our meeting will be sent to you in 2-4 business days. The proposal will included the total cost and the contract.
When you are ready to move forward, the contract must be signed and the non-refundable retainer must be submitted in order to be booked. The retainer will be put towards the total balance owed. After receiving both, you will receive access to your client portal. This portal is where everything will be housed, from the contract to the design proofs. No need to go back in forth trying to find things in emails. I will send you a design questionnaire via the portal that asks about the important event details and the customizable information. This must be completed in order to move forward with designing.
After the quesstionnaire is completed, I can begin designing! I create mockups of Collection design you have chosen with the customizable information provided from the questionnaire. Mockups will take 4-6 business days to create and will be sent via client portal for review. Wedding Collection mockups will take 6-8 business days. The Client receives three rounds of revisions to perfect the details of your stationery. Once you fall in love with the design, you will say "I do" with a signature approval. This is required before entering production.
Please Note: Clients have unlimited communication with me through out the entire process.
Once the design receives the your final approval, production will begin. I collaborate with trusted vendors and printers to bring your stationery to life. After approval, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. This turnaround time will vary and may increase depending on the time of year and complexity of the order. This will be communicated to you ahead of time and will be calculated into our timeline.
Your order will be shipped to you once production is complete and acking information will be shared with you. I will send you a how to guide on mailing out your invitations. I continue to be involved in supporting you with prepping your stationery to be mailed out.
Invitation Assembly
Assembly is included. Assembly means the combining of stationery and/or embellishments to achieve the desired overall look of the end product. For example, if you order vellum wraps for your invitation suite, I will put your suite together and wrap each invitation set for you. Another example is if you purchase invitations pockets. I will place all pieces into the pocket.
Envelope addressing and mailing is not included. You may request these services for an additional fee.
Stationery Samples
*Wedding Sample Packet will be available starting in July 2025*
Physical samples may be purchased for $5.00 per invitation and envelope set (1 invitation, 1 envelope). Samples cannot be customized. Envelope colors may be requested, but will vary on what is in stock.
A Wedding Sample Packet may be purchased for $29.95. This sample packet contain invitation and paper samples, envelopes, and embellishments that are offered.
If you decide to move forward with me as your designer, you will receive a 10% discount from the final invoice. A minimum order of 50 invitations for the discount to apply with both options. This discount applies to the purchasing of invitations only.
