Custom event stationery is perfect for those who want to personalize every aspect of their event. The stationery represents you and sets the tone of your event. No matter how simple or bold the design is, we will work together to bring your vision to life.
The Order Process
Complete the Inquiry Form. You will receive a follow-up email within 1-2 business days. We will schedule a consultation which can be booked in-person if you are within 15 miles of Bellingham, MA, or if outside of the radius, we will meet via Google Meet. Before our meeting, you will be sent an initial questionnaire to complete. This information will assist me with our consultation.
Here is where I can learn about you the client, the details of your event, what your stationery needs and expectations are, and what your budget is. A proposal based on the information provided in our meeting will be sent to you within 2-4 business days after the consultation. The proposal will included the total cost and contract.
When you are ready to move forward, the contract must be signed and the non-refundable retainer must be paid in order to be booked. The retainer will be put towards the total balance owed. After receiving both, you will receive access to the client portal. This portal is where everything will be housed, from the contract to the design proofs. No need to go back and forth trying to find things in email. You will be sent a design questionnaire via the portal that asks about the important event details and design information. This must be completed in order to move forward with designing.
After the design questionnaire is complete, I can begin designing! Mockups are created to match your vision. Mockups will take 7-10 business days to create and will be sent via client portal for review. Once the design is chosen, the client receives five rounds of revisions to perfect the details of the stationery. Once you fall in love with the design, you will say "I do" with a signature approval. This is required before entering production.
Please Note: Clients have unlimited communication with me through out the entire process.
Once the design receives your final approval, production will begin. I collaborate with trusted and reliable vendors and printers to bring your stationery to life. After approval, the turnaround time is 5-6 weeks. This turnaround time will vary and may increase depending on the time of year and complexity of the order. This will be calculated into our timeline and communicated to you.
Step Six: Post-Production
Your order will be shipped to you once production is complete and tracking information will be shared with you. The Client will be sent a how to guide on mailing out your invitations. I continue to be involved with supporting you in prepping your stationery to be mailed out.

Life event stationery is made to order as a two piece set, consisting of a flat card and envelope. However, you are not limited to this. If you are needing stationery that is outside of this standard option, please contact me and we can discuss your needs.

Day of stationery is just as important as your invitation. These pieces help pull together the decor and vibe of your event. Let's make a statement with these pieces! You are not limited to the options above. If you are needing stationery that is not listed above, please contact me and we can discuss your needs.
The ordering process is the same. Designing begins 10 weeks before the client's in hand date. This allows for design time, three rounds of revisions, production, and shipment. The turnaround time will vary and may increase depending on the time of year and complexity of the order. This will be communicated to you ahead of time and will be calculated into the timeline.
Invitation Assembly
Assembly is included. Assembly means the combining of stationery and embellishments to achieve the desired overall look of the end product. For example, if you order vellum wraps for your invitation suite, each invitation set will be placed in the vellum wrap for you. Another example is if you purchase invitations pockets. All invitation pieces will be placed into the pockets.
Envelope addressing and mailing is not included. You may request these services for an additional fee. Visit the Add-ons page to view all enhancements that are offered.
Samples

Physical samples may be purchased for $5.00 per invitation and envelope set (1 invitation, 1 envelope). Samples cannot be customized. Envelope colors may be requested, but will vary on what is in stock.
A Wedding Sample Packet may be purchased for $29.95. This sample packet contain invitation and paper samples, envelopes, and embellishments that are offered.
If you decide to move forward with me as your designer, you will receive a 10% discount from the final invoice. A minimum order of 50 invitations for the discount to apply with both options. This discount applies to the purchasing of invitations only.
